    How many teams can I have?

    3 teams on each game

    Click in the top main menu on your avatar -> teams -> create team.

    Can I as a Leader leave the team?

    Yes, but you will have to declare a new leader beforehand. A leader can declare a new leader in two ways. Advance someone to a Leader and get automatically degraded to a player or declare a new leader when leaving the team.

    What happens to a team when the last person has left?

    The team will be set as “inactive” but will still appear in histories and rankings. To join back again you will have to contact support.

    Why do I have to accept the team rules when creating a team?

    Accepting the rules is obligatory because the leader creating the team is responsible for all of its players and therefore has to know the rules.

    Why do I have to choose a game when creating a team?

    Teams are created for one game only. When choosing your game you decide in what events you want to participate in, eg. when creating your team on Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 you will be able to participate in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 events only. To play in other events, you will have to create a new team for a new game.

    How can I join a team?

    Click on the “joining request” button (under the team’s logo) on the team’s profile you wish to join and fill in the request.

    How can I accept/deny someone’s request?

    Requests can be accepted/denied on the team’s profile by Leaders and Co-Leaders only. -> featured requests -> read request -> accept/deny

    What are trophies? How can I get them?

    Trophies are awards for winning events. Depending on the type of event you play in, you can get various trophies.

    What’s the team tag?

    The team tag is usually a short cut of your team’s name. For instance Call of Duty -> [CoD]

    How to delete my team?

    The team itself cannot be deleted. Although, all players and information can be deleted.

    How to change my team’s name?

    Your team’s name is unique and cannot be changed. In exceptional cases (error when creating it) you can contact support, but only if this team has not played any matches yet.

    What rights does a Leader have?

    The leader can edit: team logo, team info & social media links. He can also accept or deny requests, promote, degrade or kick players from the team, join events, set up matches, submit match results, create reports and declare a new leader.

    What rights does a Co-Leader have?

    Co-leaders can edit: team logo, team info & social media links. They can also accept or deny requests, promote, degrade or kick players from the team (only ordinary players), join events, set up matches, submit match results and create reports.

    What rights does an ordinary player have in a team?

    No administrative rights regarding the team.

    Can a Co-Leader promote someone to the Leader position?

    No, only the leader can declare a new leader, degrading himself at the same time to an ordinary player.

    How to declare a new leader?

    A leader can declare a new leader in two ways. Promote someone to a Leader and get automatically degraded to an ordinary player or declare a new leader when leaving the team.

    How many Co-Leaders can there be in a team?

    2 Co-Leaders max. To promote a player to Co-Leader when there already are 2 Co-Leaders, one Co-Leader has to be degraded first.

    What’s “rating”?

    Rating is an average grade you receive from your match opponents (also includes the team rating). You can rate your opponent after the match.

    What’s fame?

    Fame specifies your popularity on ESTINY. The more games you play & the more active you are the more recognition you will get. To Fame another player/team click the star icon on their profile. You may sort the leaderboards by the ‘Famed players/teams” and see their overall progress.

    How can I change my avatar/team’s logo?

    You can change your avatar by clicking on the little arrow icon on your current Avatar and upload a new one. To change a team’s Logo, a Leader or Co-Leader has to do the same with the Logo on the team’s profile.

    What’s the game level?

    Game Level reflects your experience achieved with a specific game on ESTINY.

    How can I report someone breaking the terms? (eg. Coarse language)

    Users can be reported by going over to the ‘Support section’ (following a URL). It’s necessary to include evidence of the alleged breaches of the terms.

    How can I add someone to my friends?

    This can be done by going onto someone’s profile and clicking the “add-to-friends” icon or using the search option in the main chat and then clicking the “add-to-friends” icon.

    How can I delete someone from my friends?

    This can be done by clicking the “delete-from-friends” icon in someone’s profile or in the main Chat in your “Friends” section.

    What’s the Game ID?

    Game ID is a user’s name on the SEN (Sony Entertainment Network) or XBOX Live. Providing a Game ID is a necessary condition, to participate in competitions.

    How can I change my Game ID?

    This can be done once every 30 days in your profile’s options, if you’re not currently signed up for any competitions.

    I’ve waited for a month but I still can’t change my Game ID – why?

    It can be possible that you are currently signed up for any competitions or that your account has been blocked for breaching the terms and you have been punished with a ban. If you are certain that your account hasn’t been banned and you are not signed up for any competitions please contact Support.

    How many friends can I have?

    We are glad you are socializing a lot. You can have as many friends as you like. There are no restrictions here!

    How can I delete my account?

    To delete your account you will have to contact Support with a request of your account being deleted.

    If you forgot your password, you are advised to use the “Forgot Password?” option when logging in and follow the directions there.

    What information can visitors see on my profile?

    Visitors can see your avatar, description, age, name/nickname, teams you currently play in, games you play in, last matches, upcoming matches, game ID, social accounts like youtube/facebook/twitter/twitch, your country, gender, rating & fame.

    Why are all dates displayed in CET?

    We organise events for European players hence the time is displayed in Central European Time (CET).

    Why are all tournaments for Europe only?

    Our website is aiming to ensure professional eSports for the European gaming community. To avoid any connection issues and lags in games (like high pings) as well as for reasons of time differences we are currently concentrating on European players only.

    Am I ready to play after clicking “join”?

    After clicking “join” you are signed in to a competition. The last step you need to take is to confirm by clicking “Get Ready” 30 mins before the game.

    Why can I not choose one of my players when joining a tournament?

    This player might already be set to participate in this competition with another team or he might have been banned by an administrator. In case you need any more assistance please contact support.

    What should I do when I can’t choose my team to join a tournament?

    You need to check if your team has enough players to participate in this competition.

    Can someone join as a replacement to my team during the tournament?

    There’s no way to add reserve players to a competition whilst it has started.

    What happens when my opponent doesn’t accept the results I submitted?

    You will need to choose the “Report Match” option and provide evidence confirming the score.

    Can my team continue to play in a tournament after one of the players has left?

    Generally you can carry on competing in this tournament with one player short. For team size regulations please check the tournament’s rules.

    What shall I do when my opponent doesn’t show up?

    You will need to choose the “Report Match” option and provide evidence of the no-show. The evidence should clearly show you refreshing the time on your console via internet and the game lobby with your team waiting and the opponent missing.

    What should I do if my opponent submitted a wrong result?

    You will need to choose the “Report Match” option and provide evidence confirming the score.

    How can I claim a prize?

    To contact users eligible to claim a prize we will use the e-mail address that we have been provided with at the registration process. Then just follow the instructions in the e-mail.

    How can I report my opponent breaking the rules of a tournament?

    You will need to choose the “Report Match” option and provide evidence (picture/video).

    Is the chat on the match card visible to everyone?

    Yes, the chat on the match card is visible to everyone, however only players participating in this match can use it.

    How does ‘Get Ready’ works and what each stage of it does?

    The “Get ready” function will be made available at a certain time before the competition starts, it will be given by an administrator. Confirmation of participation by clicking “Get Ready” is required only by the users signing up the team to a tournament (Leader / Co-Leader ).
    Function “Get Ready” shows in five different variations:
    Get Ready (Grey) - During Sign Up. Inactive
    Get Ready (Red) - Active, however not confirmed
    Ready (Green) - Before the start of tournament, confirmed
    Game On (Red) - During the tournament
    Finished (Grey) - Tournament has ended, inactive

    What is ESTINY TV?

    It is a subpage, where you may find official streams of the most important matches as well as streams of our users playing various games.

    How can I publish my stream on ESTINY TV?

    Every registered user who wants to stream on ESTINY TV, needs to send a “Stream Request” on that subpage and our admins will decide whether or not they accept it.

    What does the “Heart-Icon” on streams mean?

    The “Heart-Icon” on streams stands for a “like” or “follow”. You may undo your action at any time by clicking the heart for the second time.

    Are comments underneath the stream connected to youtube/twitch etc.?

    No, comments shared underneath the stream are not connected with any other services. These can be written only by logged in users on our website.

    What are the “Recommended Streams” and how can I get my stream there?

    Recommended Streams are chosen by our admins. These are streams of important events, prestigious competitions, finals etc. It is not possible to manually add your own stream there.

    Can I stream from multiple accounts from one service (eg. YouTube)?

    No, each account may have just one YouTube, Twitch and Hitbox account connected to our website.
